1. Acceptance
By using GINI Plus or creating an account, the user agrees to these terms, the privacy policy, and any commercial or operating terms associated with the subscribed service.
2. Service Description
GINI Plus is a cloud business platform with products and modules for sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, people, and point of sale. Availability may vary by plan, version, and pilot program.
3. Accounts and User Responsibility
The user is responsible for accurate registration information, protecting login credentials, assigning appropriate employee permissions, and notifying us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Right to Use
Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the subscription term for lawful business purposes within the agreed configuration and limits.
5. Fees and Subscription
Fees, billing cycle, branch, user, and device limits, and setup or training services are defined in the commercial proposal or merchant agreement. Pricing may be updated for future terms with appropriate notice.
6. Acceptable Use
The platform must be used lawfully. Users must not disrupt it, bypass permissions, access others’ data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for fraud or activity harming users or the platform.
7. Data and Content
The merchant retains rights in submitted data and authorizes processing needed to provide, operate, support, and protect the services under the privacy policy. The merchant is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of that data.
8. Availability and Liability
We use reasonable efforts to provide and maintain the service, but maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond control may occur. Merchants should follow available operating, backup, and export procedures and avoid unauthorized or out-of-scope reliance.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, breach, or security or legal risk. On termination, data retention, export, and deletion follow the agreement and privacy policy.
10. Governing Law and Contact
